Dr. Ron Ordona is a nationally recognized doctoral nurse practitioner and healthcare entrepreneur, celebrated for his contributions to health policy and nurse-led health care. With clinical expertise in geriatrics, home-based primary care, advanced wound care, and palliative and hospice care, he serves as the founder and clinical director of senior care clinic house calls and the founder and health services director of care home by RNs network of care facilities. In these roles, he oversees complex medical care for high-risk older adults across community and residential settings. As founder and investor in multiple provider-led healthcare ventures, Ron combines real-world business acumen with clinical innovation. He is also a strong advocate for patient advocacy, focusing on care transitions, community-based care, and homebound populations. Through Expert Nursepreneurship Consulting, Ron mentors and advises fellow nurse practitioners, clinicians, and healthcare leaders eager to build their own clinical practices, startups, or care models.
