Dr. Sue Mullaney has worked in the care of older adults for over 30 years, working as a NP in primary care, home care, and long-term care before transitioning to leadership roles. During her 24 years at UnitedHealth Group, Sue
focused on leading NP teams, clinical model development, clinician growth, academic practice partnerships and health policy. Sue started her own consulting firm in September of 2023, and is currently working on efforts to improve care in nursing homes. She received her doctor of nursing practice and master of nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her bachelor's degree from Boston College.
