This session will equip faculty with teaching strategies to meet the updated Essentials and NONPF (2022) NP Core Competencies. Seasoned faculty will review available geriatric resources and discuss curricular strategies for including geriatric learning experiences to address both the revised Essentials and the Core Competencies. There will be special emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion; determinants of health; informatics and healthcare technology; interprofessional partnerships; and disaster preparedness.
