Isaiah Meyer is a board-certified adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner and healthcare entrepreneur. In July 2025, Isaiah founded Dome Health, LLC, a home-based geriatric primary care practice serving Central Maine's most vulnerable older adults through flexible in-home visits, residential care facility partnerships, and telehealth services. Prior to launching Dome Health, Isaiah served as medical director at Evergreen Senior Healthcare of Maine and was a faculty clinician at Maine Dartmouth Geriatric Medicine's fellowship program for six years as a clinician and educator for medical and multispecialty learners and provided veteran care through VA home-based primary care. Isaiah's entrepreneurial journey reflects his commitment to addressing the critical shortage of primary care providers able to serve older adults in rural settings. Through Dome Health, he has created a sustainable business model that delivers comprehensive geriatric primary care directly where patients live, partnering with families, caregivers, and care organizations to ensure quality, accessible health care. As president of the New England Chapter of the GAPNA and board member of Maine’s AGS chapter, Isaiah actively advances gerontologic nursing practice throughout the region. Isaiah graduated summa cum laude with his BSN degree from the University of Southern Maine and his MS degree in nursing from Boston College.
