Cassandra VanZalinge is a healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in bedside nursing, clinical analytics, and healthcare operations. She currently serves as clinical operations manager at Gravie, leading product design and quality assurance as a subject matter expert in healthcare innovation. She has led initiatives that have reduced prior authorization requirements, increased efficiencies while expanding member access and easing provider burden. Her background also includes case management for complex populations, led EHR implementation, and revenue cycle optimization. Cassandra holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics degree, is board-certified in nursing informatics, and holds a registered nurse compact license. She is currently the president of the Colorado ANIA chapter.
