Gregg Springan is an executive at Epic, where he leads strategy, including artificial intelligence strategy, across nursing and clinical operations. Over the past several years, he has taken AI-enabled products from early development through enterprise-wide adoption, reaching thousands of nurses and clinicians across health systems nationwide. Much of his work has centered on scaling AI literacy within large, complex clinical workforces, building the educational and change-management infrastructure that turns a promising technology into one that clinicians trust and use. In doing so, he has helped shape how one of the largest healthcare technology companies in the country balances innovation against safety, regulation, and end user confidence.
