Dr. April Saathoff is vice president and chief nursing information officer for the Johns Hopkins Health System and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. With more than 25 years of nursing experience, she is certified in both healthcare information management systems and nursing informatics. Dr. Saathoff leads enterprise-wide initiatives that advance innovative technologies, optimize clinical workflows, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration. Her expertise includes nursing informatics, evidence-based practice, health IT strategy, implementation, governance, and strategic planning.
