Natasha Ridgley is a clinical nurse informaticist with over 15 years of nursing experience spanning medical-surgical, telemetry, critical care, clinical education, and health information technology. Her clinical and leadership experience includes extensive coordination of patient movement across the continuum of care, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Since May 2025, Natasha has focused directly on capacity management within Sutter Health’s centralized command center, supporting system-wide patient placement, transfer workflows, bed capacity visibility, and EHR-enabled throughput optimization. She partners with clinical operations, nursing leadership, and digital teams to design and implement standardized workflows that improve operational visibility, support timely patient movement, and reduce barriers to efficient care delivery. Natasha also brings extensive experience in clinical education and informatics, including developing educational programs, optimizing EpicCare and Cerner EHR workflows, and supporting adoption of technology-enabled clinical processes. Her combined frontline, educational, and informatics experience provides a unique perspective on translating clinical workflow needs into scalable digital solutions that support patient flow and capacity management.
