Noralynn Mayer is an electronic health record (EHR) consultant with Provinet Solutions and a registered nurse with 17 years of experience across the healthcare continuum, including home health, hospice, critical and post-acute care. She holds a master's degree in nursing informatics and is a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree student at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Her focus is systems thinking, and she is working on building structural support for nurses in long-term care and post-acute care using the clinical microsystem framework and informatics. She and Tifphany Hofstetter have previously presented a poster and call to action on post-acute care at ANIA.
