Teal Heath is the founder and principal of Equinox HIT, bringing over 25 years of clinical, operational, business, and technical expertise in health care. A registered nurse, Six Sigma green belt, and project management professional, she also holds program and portfolio management mastery certification and is distinguished as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Teal holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Computer Resources and Information Management degree. She earned her teaching certificate from Colorado Technical University, where she served as an adjunct faculty member. Her executive leadership experience includes serving as vice president of the Enterprise Project Management Office and director of the IT project management office at Centura Health. Teal leads multiple multi-million-dollar, high-complexity healthcare IT initiatives across the United States, with deep specialization in large-scale hospital construction and digital transformation projects. Teal is a national thought leader and frequent speaker.
