Holly Davis is the chief nursing officer at Bingham Healthcare. With 30 years of experience as a registered nurse spanning med-surg, ICU, ER, surgical/periop, and oncology/infusion, informatics, and leadership, Holly brings a bedside-to-boardroom perspective to the intersection of clinical practice and data. In her current role, she oversees nursing operations, clinical informatics, quality, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and data governance, leading a unified BI data governance initiative that includes building provider-facing scorecards and KPI reporting from source clinical data. This work has given her firsthand insight into the human side of data: how clinicians experience being measured, the trust required for scorecards to drive improvement rather than defensiveness, and the integrity needed to translate raw numbers into fair, actionable feedback. Holly holds Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Data Management.
