Speaker Bio
Sarah Bellenger is the founder and CEO of Manage You, a workforce credentialing platform built to turn nurse voice into measurable value across the systems responsible for verifying it. She served 20 years in the United States Army Nurse Corps, completing the Army graduate program in anesthesia in San Antonio and working as a nurse anesthetist in Army hospitals and combat support hospitals. From 2006 to 2009, she served in the White House medical unit, an assignment inside one of the most tightly controlled security and protocol environments in the federal government, where clinical judgment had to hold up under the same scrutiny as any classified operation. While still on active duty, Sarah enrolled in Vanderbilt University’s executive MBA program, building the business and systems fluency that later shaped how she approached healthcare technology. That grounding became Manage You, founded after she was credentialed more than 20 times across her own career and saw how much of that process depended on infrastructure clinicians never controlled. Sarah remains clinically active as a nurse anesthetist, staying close to the bedside problems the work is built to solve.
