Paula Campbell has been a progressive information technology leader for last the 18 years, leveraging technology and hospital operations across diverse cultures in health care. She is accomplished in driving organizational effectiveness, workforce optimization, and transformational practices while meeting regulatory and financial constraints and utilizing clinical expertise to influence the selection, deployment, and use of technology to drive optimal outcomes. She currently is chief nursing information officer at The Christ Hospital Health Network (TCHHN). Paula has 35 years of experience in nursing practice in women’s health, and surgical and oncology care. Paula’s IT experience includes experience in Epic clinical documentation analyst build and informatics overseeing the implementation rollout for 24 h hospitals and 1500 providers. In her current role as CNIO, she works closely across interdisciplinary teams to improve workflows across nursing and ancillary services with focus on standardization, patient safety, quality, and low-cost care influenced by technology across the healthcare spectrum. Paula is certified in Epic, maternal newborn nursing, and informatics nursing. She is an active member in ANIA and HIMSS.
