Cherie Rourke is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience leading clinical and lean transformation in health care. In her role at Kaufman Hall, she guides workflow design and performance improvement initiatives for new construction and renovation projects, creating highly reliable and patient-centered environments. Her expertise spans perioperative and procedural services, sterile processing, emergency services, and acute inpatient and ambulatory care. Cherie holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Kansas, is board certified in nursing informatics, and has completed lean executive training. She serves on the board of the ANIA Heart of America chapter.
