John Lussier is an experienced informatics professional who has been involved in healthcare informatics for 29 years. His experience includes both system deployment, daily operations, and system enhancements. In addition to providing leadership within his professional arenas, John recently earned his DNP degree at the University of San Diego, where he also helps others become informatics professionals through his professorship there. John is active in mentoring others, professionally and through participation and leadership in informatics-related organizations and events. Board certified in nursing informatics since 2015, John is the current president of the San Diego ANIA chapter and also served as treasurer and president-elect. The San Diego ANIA chapter has earned distinguished chapter status yearly since 2020.
