Monika Lu is a manager of nursing innovation & informatics at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, CA. Monika has worked at Stanford Health Care for over 19 years, including several years of experience as a nurse informaticist and as an experienced nurse manager in critical care. In her current role, Monika provides nursing informatics support to remote patient monitoring and virtual care at-home programs. She holds her informatics nursing board certification from ANCC. Monika participated in the stakeholder design of the virtual nursing program and led the implementation and evaluation of the pilot at her organization.
