Stephanie Dremel is an executive healthcare consultant and senior project manager with more than 20 years of experience spanning clinical operations, healthcare technology, and project management. She has partnered with large academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, community health systems, specialty practices, and critical access hospitals on a wide range of initiatives, including enterprise EHR conversions, pharmacy technology implementations, new facility transitions and activations, and digital workflow redesign. Previously, Stephanie served as director of nursing at UC San Diego Health. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Magna Cum Laude) degree from the University of Southern Colorado, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University. She is board certified in nursing informatics, a Lean Healthcare green belt, and Prosci change management trained. Stephanie is a member of the Nursing Institute for Healthcare Design (NIHD). As an active member of the American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA), Stephanie has served on the national ANIA Board of Directors and was president of the San Diego regional chapter.
