Diane Constantine is a healthcare leader and informatics strategist with more than 30 years of experience spanning nursing, clinical informatics, and executive leadership. She currently serves as senior director of informatics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  She has led enterprise-wide Epic implementations, clinical transformation initiatives, and documentation optimization strategies that have improved both clinician well-being and patient outcomes. Diane is board certified in nursing informatics and nurse executive advanced, with Epic certifications in clinical documentation and orders. She holds an MBA degree and a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics degree and recently completed a Healthcare Management Academy Technology fellowship as a rising CNIO. A frequent national presenter, Diane has shared her expertise on precision staffing, innovation in nursing informatics, and the evolving role of nurse informaticists. She also serves in advisory roles with the University of Maryland School of Nursing and Epic’s nurse well-being committee.
